CONVALIDADO EL RD-L QUE TRANSPONE LA DIRECTIVA DE ACCIONES DE DAÑOS POR INFRACCIONES DEL DERECHO DE LA COMPETENCIA

El jueves 22 de junio de 2017 el Congreso de los Diputados convalidó el Real Decreto-ley 9/2017, de 26 de mayo, por el que se transpone, entre otras, la Directiva 2014/104/UE en materia de ejercicio de acciones de daños por infracciones del Derecho de la Competencia. La convalidación del Real Decreto-ley supone el último paso para la transposición efectiva de la Directiva 2014/104/UE en España si bien el texto final podría sufrir alguna modificación posterior tras su tramitación como Proyecto de Ley.
